Final Project: Business Mission Statement



               Phileas Fogg ‘s snacks is to take our customers explore the authentic tastes of Phileas Fogg. Our main goal is going to provide the most delicious, most tasty and most unique tasting experience.Each company must find the game plan for long-run survival and growth that makes the most sense given its specific situation, opportunities, objectives, and resources. This is the focus of strategic planning—the process of developing and maintaining a strategic fit between the organization’s goals and capabilities and its changing marketing opportunities.(Marketing An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, Ch. 02, pg. 39). Also, our main target people are guys who like drink beers a lot and eat snacks. We are using the best staff to make our snacks taste great while you are enjoying your beers. This mission is then turned into detailed supporting objectives that guide the whole company. Next, headquarters decides what portfolio of businesses and products is best for the company and how much support to give each one. In turn, each business and product develops detailed marketing and other departmental plans that support the companywide plan. Thus, marketing planning occurs at the business-unit, product, and market levels. (Marketing An Introduction, Armstrong & Kotler, Ch. 02, pg. 39).
