Final Project: Objectives

       We are taking serious about our new product and putting apple as our example. How to build a good customer relationship is our main goal. From our product quality to our customer service. To create value for customers and to build meaningful relationships with them, marketers must first gain fresh, deep insights into what customers need and want. Companies use such customer insights to develop competitive advantage. “In today’s hypercompetitive world,” states a marketing expert, “the race for competitive advantage is really a race for customer and market insights.” Such insights come from the good marketing information.2 (Kotler 101)

How to take a good care of customers is one of the most important things we are facing. Our customers will giving our a lot of feedback after we launched our new product. More likely what's good and what's need to improve are coming toward to us. Like I have mentioned above, our main goal is to make our customers enjoy our product. If we don't do it good in customer relationship we are out of the game.There are more than 2000 new products launching every year and only 5-6 products will stay alive. We have to make sure how to make our product survive in this battle. Although customer and market insights are important for building customer value and relationships, these insights can be very difficult to obtain. Customer needs and buying motives are often anything but obvious—consumers themselves usually can’t tell you exactly what they need and why they buy. To gain good customer insights, marketers must effectively manage marketing information from a wide range of sources. (Kotler 101)
